We are delighted to announce that SHARI SAIGON MODERN JAPANESE CUISINE has been awarded First Place in Ho Chi Minh City at the Chef’s Japanese Bento Grand Prix 2026, presented by Capichi.
The Grand Prix celebrates the artistry of Japanese cuisine through a selection of distinctive bento creations crafted by Japanese chefs across Vietnam, with the finest entry selected in each city.
For this year’s competition, SHARI SAIGON presented a premium bento featuring Saikyo miso-marinated grilled salmon, accompanied by an elegant selection of colorful Japanese delicacies.
Each element was thoughtfully prepared to showcase the natural character of its ingredients, refined flavors, and the understated beauty at the heart of Japanese cuisine.
