Head Chef Profile

I was trained at the Migiwatei Ochikochi ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
I was involved in the launch of the Tsujike-Teien for the wedding company,
Novarese. I then transferred to Matsuyama Monolith in Matsuyama City,
Ehime Prefecture, where I served as head chef.
I returned to Tsujike-Teien to serve as head chef.
In recognition of his talents, he has been appointed head chef at SHARI SAIGON.
